Get ready for the party season with this cheese straw recipe. It's a celebration classic!
- 100g S/R Flour
- 75g grated Parmesan
- 50g unsalted butter
- 1 whole egg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp English mustard
- Paprika (optional)
1. Mix flour, salt and mustard together, then rub in the butter.
2. Mix in the cheese, and add enough egg to make a firm dough.
3. Roll out thinly and cut into strips, Egg wash and sprinkle with paprika if desired and twist on to a greased baking tray.
