Method

1. Mix flour, salt and mustard together, then rub in the butter.

2. Mix in the cheese, and add enough egg to make a firm dough.

3. Roll out thinly and cut into strips, Egg wash and sprinkle with paprika if desired and twist on to a greased baking tray.

4. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C
