A dull chilly day in April was brightened up thanks to a cookery master class with Lisa Faulkner run by Florida Grapefruit.
The day started with a grapefruit master class. My years as a GCSE Food Tech student came flooding back to me as we were taught the correct way to segment a grapefruit. This was also an opportunity for us to taste a Florida Grapefruit. Not being a huge fan of grapefruit, I tentatively tasted a segment. But Florida grapefruits are much sweeter than other grapefruits, so I was pleasantly surprised and managed to eat the whole thing!
