Wrq.e.d (www.wrqed.com) is a new accessories label that merges contemporary art with design and craftsmanship.
Founded in London by Ekaterina Demidova, a young awarded designer who has previously worked for Alexander McQueen and Giles, the brand started with an idea to collaborate with emerging visual artists to produce a range of accessories, which are manufactured using finest natural materials. Their intricate drawings and collages merge together to form a new artwork for a collection of unique scarves. Each scarf has a signature border with poetry.
