Antioxidants You Need Inside & Out

You may have heard that you must eat blueberries because they are rich in antioxidants or invest in this skin cream because they contain antioxidant properties. But what are they? Why do we need them so much?

Antioxidants are natural chemicals, full of vital vitamins to help restore your health on the inside and out against free radicals that destroy your DNA structure leading to premature ageing, cancers, heart disease, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
