The Travelling Naturalist’s twoweek Birds and Big Cats trip in India, new for 2016, takes in Corbett National Park and Ranthambore National Park – the latter being well known for its tiger sightings, but also for leopards, sloth bears, rhesus macaques and wild boars. Game for a Tanzanian Eclipse
Safari Consultants is offering special holidays next year to experience the annular eclipse in Tanzania in September. The eight-day Tanzania Annular Eclipse, taking in the Selous and Mufindi highlands, departs on 25 August and features four nights in the Selous Game Reserve staying at the Lake Manze Tented Camp and three nights at the Mufindi Highland Lodge, with plenty of game-spotting activities.
