Written by Sof McVeigh
Yes, dear readers, there is a time when all good things come to an end and this is such a time for me. You may have noticed in recent issues I’ve been away a lot as my work commitments take me elsewhere, so I’ve decided to stop my regular column, and I know Matt has some exciting ideas for a new-look Health page. Though this is not complete au revoir, more à bientôt (don’t worry – that’s the end of my French) as from time to time I’ll be back with longer articles on issues I know matter to you, with ideas to keep you healthy using anything natural that’s also easily available.

If you’ve been a fan of this column (and there have been almost 200 columns!), I’ve a book coming out in October, which I hope you’ll like: it gives many recipes and tips from chocolate lip balms to heavenly bath-soak ideas. Keep your eyes open for it – it’s called Treat Yourself Natural. It will appear in The Lady in the autumn.

In the meantime, see what seasonal goodies you can help yourself to by reading my blog on my website (address below), under ‘Sof Says.’

Thank you for all your feedback and queries over the years – I’ve enjoyed receiving your letters.
