London has played host to the rest of the world and its fashions this summer. The capital has been a veritable kaleidoscope of colour and cheer.
Though the crowds may be departing for now, keep the excitement going with these three transcontinental-inspired trends to take you into autumn and beyond.
ENGLISH ROSE
Ultra-feminine and floral heavy, this look should conjure up picnics and jugs of Pimm’s in an instant. Its pastel shades make this one of the prettiest trends.
PARISIAN CHIC
A look of seemingly effortless elegance, it’s no wonder that Paris is the fashion capital of the world. Think black, navy and grey (très slimming), fitted jackets and cardigans and, of course, stylish but sensible shoes.
AFRICAN PRINCESS
Bright colours and bold prints. This look is not one for the shrinking violet. Play it safe and wear one print at a time – or clash them together for maximum impact. And don’t forget the accessories…
