The Lady Lux Fix
Designers Suzanne Clements and Inacio Ribeiro started their company from their one-bedroom flat in 1996.
The resourceful couple (married since after graduation) designed, cut and sold the collection for two years before being picked up by Barney’s, Harvey Nichols, Liberty and a distributor in Japan.
The introduction of their iconic multicoloured striped twin set, lovingly produced in Scotland, literally catapulted the brand to international acclaim. It perfectly translates the couple’s spirit: simple designs, bold colour combinations, boldly combined with original, artistic prints and buckets of confidence in putting them together.
