A touch of Thailand in the heart of Covent Garden
Bustling with tourists, and at this time of year Christmas shoppers, Covent Garden wouldn't normally be top of the list for places to wind down. But down a quiet side road, in a converted Victorian warehouse, even in Covent Garden it is possible to escape the stresses of everyday life.
From the moment you walk through the doors of Thai Square Spa you are indulged by the luxurious and tranquil surroundings.
After my complimentary herbal tea and traditional floral foot soak, I opted for the Thai Square Signature wrap which claims to improve skin clarity whilst firming and toning. Carried out by a trained Thai therapist, after an hour of being massaged, scrubbed and moisturised with beautifully scented products I couldn't have felt any more relaxed. To the extent that I totally fell asleep- who would have thought it was so easy to doze off whilst wearing the oh so sexy paper knickers and covered in mud.
Awarded the highest accolade of 5 bubbles from the Good Spa Guide, Thai Square, which is one of the only spas to bring the traditional Thai experience to the UK, is sure to leave you feeling incredibly pampered and relaxed.
After my treatment, my skin felt beyond silky smooth and I walked out of the Thai Square Spa, into the winter night, with a delicious "I've just been pampered to death" glow.
Thai Square spar has: 14 treatment rooms, 5 Thai Massage rooms as well as other facilities. Herbs, flowers and roots are used to create a range of products that are dedicated to the wellbeing of the mind, body and soul. www.thaisquarespa.com
Thai Square is pleased to announce the opening of 'Thai Square Spa City' in January 2013 which will be situated under The Indigo Hotel in Tower Hill, offering four treatment rooms as well as manicure & pedicure services.
